B 93 Ltd. was established as a construction company in 1994, headquartered in Fier, Albania. From 2007 and on we have an operational office in Tirana. Owners: 2 (two); Dashnor LICAJ; Shpetim LICAJ. –each owning 50% of the shares. Since then, the company has extended its operations and activities all over Albania, especially in Vlora, Sarande, Memaliaj, Finiq, Mallakaster, Fier, Berat, Roskovec, Elbasan, Korce, Durres, Vore, Vau Dejes, Shkoder, Tirane, Lure etc. B’93 is certified with certificates such as : EN-ISO 9001:2015, EN-ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, BS ISO 39001:2012, BS PAS 99:2012, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 50001:2011, SA 8000:2014, EN-ISO 3834-2:2006, ISO 28001:2007.
The success of our company is backed by our very qualified staff and our wide range of contemporary powerful machineries and equipment. B’93 is highly focused on the human resource management, staff qualification and safety issues as well. Average number of employer is 100, of which 12 engineers: construction engineer; transport engineer; electrical engineer; mechanical engineer; hydro technical engineer; environment engineer; architect etc. The number of the employers change based on the works.

620 Memorial Drive in Cambridge was renovated from core structure for Hybridon, Inc., now Pfizer occupies the building. Interesting fact: During early construction, the basement was flooded to the extent that the only access to the water shut off valves in the basement was by boat.
